After 25 years at the highest levels of legal and investigative oversight, including serving as Chief Legal Counsel, I witnessed a recurring and costly pattern: the "Failure to Act." When staff believe that internal investigations are inherently biased toward management or that their concerns will be ignored, they stop communicating internally. They take their grievances to the courts instead. I founded Haley Solutions Group, LLC to break that cycle by restoring integrity and neutrality to the conflict resolution process.
